Chicago 2016 Olympics & Oprah
Baz Balzer was hired by the world to make funny videos that try to coax the earth into holding the 2016 Olympics in Chicago. What an awesome job! He knows I love being a "Man on the Street" interviewer and cast me as one for www.Chicago2016.org. I talked to people in line for Oprah Winfrey's first episode of the season about if they think Chicago should host the Olympics in 2016. And of course, they would love it! Every American Olympic athlete was on the Oprah show that day and it took place in Millenium Park downtown! Baz and I had never been to Oprah's show (although in 2004, he fell for the joke that she was in the audience of our Second City Skybox show) and on September 3rd, we were finally able to live out his mother's dream together! Then we followed Michael Phelps around all day- legally! What a half-naked treat!
