Dave Droxler’s Demo
i edited my first film! well, technically it’s dave’s footage and ana hurka-robles and david thrower filmed it, but i edited it together for dave’s demo! dave wrote and performed a one-man show that premiered at the west end theatre in nyc called character. take a look!
New York Fringe Festival
the refugee girls revue is a dark comedy that parodies the american girl doll premiere lifestyle brand. i helped produce it in chicago last summer and am excited to be in it as it runs at the new york fringe festival from august 17-24th! please come and support us and if you live in chicago, come to our previews!
Two Bloom Commercials
i got my first tv commercial in 17 years! and i’m in 2 spots! what a treat. it’s for a grocery store called bloom, whose motto is “shop happy.” it’s on in greenville, sc, charlotte, nc, norfolk, va, and d.c.! we filmed in nc and the cast and crew were all hilarious and warm, thanks ya’ll!

Story of Francis & Wild Gil
shane portman & kirk mason wrote a play called the story of francis & wild gil (a francis and wild gil story). jason fleece is directing! i have a cameo and i’m helping produce the show. it’s an adorable bluegrassy sweet story of two bank robbers who escape from jail to start life anew as bank robbers so they can build a rocket to the moon. go see it!

shane’s bday was back in april & we had a night of old film watching with sweet friends. and then a SURPRISE party! shane jumped into the wall and huddled in a ball. ha! & for his present, i made him his own website! please take a peek, the pics of the parties are on there too!
