About the book...
These sepia-tinted short stories follow a malleable character on his journey through the early 20th century to find the simple answers to the big questions and the complex answers to the small.
Slices of fantasy and ordinary-ness, the stories taste a bit like Jim Henson's Storyteller Series- if they were told by Thurber or Marx (Harpo, that is). And, what's more, there is a plan sewn into the title, to encourage Grownups to read aloud to each other like our parents did to us in our childhood.
I'm excited to be a part of "...About Jack and Diane," a fully improvised musical at The Second City Hollywood. That also seems terrifying to me! Ha! So come see what happens when I mix excitement, terror, and song... 9:00PM Thursday, May 17th, Second City Hollywood, 6560 Hollywood Blvd.
I got to be a background actor (with a close-up, fancy!) in Corey Rieger's new comedy short starring the hysterical Aaron LaPlante, the gifted Jeffery Hutchinson, and the hilarious Simon Hammel. Funniest funeral I've ever been to. I'll post it as soon as it's done!
This is our dear friend, co-worker, neighbor, and comedy video making partner, Baby John. All he wanted for his 27th birthday was to make this video. It was my first time being Director of Photography. At least since high school. Please enjoy...
